Pet Policy
The hotel is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit. Guests must sign a pet waiver at check-in. 

Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any public areas or guest rooms. A 300 USD fee will apply for smoking in a guest room.
